The total procurement value stated in this contract award notice comprises of the total contract value for the full potential 19 year contract duration and an estimated allowance for inflation over the full duration of the contract at an assumed rate. The value payable to the supplier for inflationary increases will be calculated throughout the life of the contract in accordance with the contractual mechanism to do so. The supplier's entitlement for inflationary increases may therefore vary from the amount included in this notice.
