The supplier is required to supply and deliver Heras TR800 and TR100 Self-Raking Fencing & Gates or equivalent to various sites across Swansea, including but not limited to the Clydach Depot. Swansea Council will be purchasing the Heras Fence Panels, Gates etc, specification of Heras TR800 and TR100 Self-Raking Fencing & Gates or equivalent as per specification document.
This contract covers:
. Provision of all self-raking fencing and gate materials, along with transportation to designated Swansea Council sites.
. Adherence to Swansea Council’s quality standards in materials and delivery.
. Note: Installation will be performed by Swansea Council; therefore, this contract is for supply and delivery only. Primary Location: Clydach Depot; deliveries may extend to other Council sites Swansea-wide.
. Delivery Confirmation: All deliveries must be confirmed by an authorised Swansea Council representative upon arrival.
. Packaging Standards: All goods must be securely packaged and palleted to prevent transit damage, using recyclable materials wherever feasible
. Safety Requirements for Delivery Drivers: High-visibility clothing and safety footwear are mandatory. Compliance with road traffic management within depots is required.
The Swansea Council Building Services Department will use a call-off procedure for each required delivery and/or installation.
