TfL, on behalf of the GLA, is commencing a procurement process to appoint a development partner for the GLAP site at the North Middlesex University Hospital.

The North Middlesex University Hospital Site is a circa 1.77-hectare brownfield site, located on the North Middlesex University Hospital site in Upper Edmonton, within the London Borough of Enfield.

GLAP is seeking a development partner with suitable capacity, experience, and resources to design and deliver a residential-led development that incorporates a 3,000m2 new office space to be leased back to the NHS Trust.

The GLA is looking to appoint a development partner for the GLAP site at North Middlesex University Hospital to deliver a mixed-use residential-led development. The development will optimise the capacity of the site by taking a design-led approach, incorporating a 3,000m2 new office space to be leased back to the NHS Trust and an optimised number of homes with at least 50 per cent of these homes being genuinely affordable.
