two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The University of Strathclyde requires the services of a single Creative Design Agency to support as and when required, the University’s
established design team in the development and delivery of a variety of campus wide projects. Given the ad-hoc nature of this agreement
the University intends to establish a Framework Agreement, with a single supplier, which shall set out the overarching terms and conditions
under which specific purchases (call offs) can be made. As with the standard definitions of Framework Agreements the University offers
no guarantee or any commitment to values stated within this notice.
It is envisaged that, call offs under this Framework Agreement shall require the Creative Design Agency to provide services which include
but are not limited to:
-Development of project strategies by providing creative insight and awareness of trends in the market that will align with the project’s
vision and objectives.
-Assist and where required lead, the design element of the refresh and realignment of University branding.
-Produce captivating campaigns and supporting collateral that promotes the University’s vision to project specific, target audiences.
-Support in the development of marketing collateral, event space design, signage for conferences, events and open days aligned to the
University’s event’s calendar.
-Creation of innovative, multi-channel communication materials.
-Refresh and creation, as and when required of faculty and corporate policy report documents, course content, display banners.
-Design and development of branded and bespoke stationary and corporate event materials as and when required.
