The Commission wishes to appoint a panel of research teams to represent the voice of gambling consumers over a multi-year framework agreement. We are seeking suppliers that can undertake ad-hoc Consumer Voice research adopting a flexible approach which can be tailored depending on the Commission’s topics of interest at a given time, and has the resources required to provide the required research methodologies.
