R&M and Voids Maintenance Services and Planned Component Replacement (inc OOH and 24/7, 365 days a year cover)

Lots can be selected in any area in any combination at this time. The PIN is designed to gain market intelligence and then impact the choice of procurement. Ideally, we envisage working with a multi-trade contractor but are open to a framework of smaller suppliers.

R&M and Voids Maintenance Services with some cyclical servicing EM Lighting Servicing, Blender Value Services, PAT, Smoke Detector servicing and EICRs. This value is appox 730k GBP per annum in all lots. A breakdown of information has been attached FYI

There is also the possible addition of planned component replacement? See survey monkey Questionnaire. This value is appox 700k GBP per annum in all lots. A summary of information has been attached FYI.

Key Housing Association’s (KHA) will soon be inviting a range of interested bidders to tender for Repairs & Maintenance and Voids and the work will include aspects of cyclical maintenance.

We are keen to hear from any interested parties and seek comments on the overview and our vision for the lots and work packages. We wish to take this opportunity to seek feedback and marketplace intelligence.
