Description

Wokingham Borough Council are inviting tenders for the following works:

Decoration and refurbishment of various parts of the building.

Conversion of a storeroom to an office on the second floor.

Conversion of a storeroom to a WC and Shower on the second floor.

Replacement Aluminium Windows to the second floor.

Recovering of a section of flat roof.

Total value (estimated)
