two.1.4) Short description
Provision of gas and electricity to Landlords Supply.
WHA currently utilises a broker to source energy from separate sources, to provide invoice validation and to research the market to deliver security of supply, at the best achievable market rates and to guard against price fluctuations. In addition, we employ a metering and billing provider to assist with recharging our customers for communal systems for heating and hot water.
WHA is looking to simplify our processes, for the benefit of all and we see a reduction in suppliers, as one way to help achieve simplicity and efficiency. As part of our collaborative approach, we are interested in understanding the views of prospective suppliers. Currently, WHA has a mix of meter types across the estate and we are keen to hear how our currently laydown can be modernised and standardised to maintain automated meter readings.
Finally WHA is keen to understand market innovative solutions to drive both quality and VFM.
