The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board have a Loyalty Award Scheme whereby in seeking to maintain quality patient care, the UHB is committed to retaining its staff and the recognition of their long term work towards the Health Board. The Health Board acknowledges this commitment by rewarding staff for their contribution with vouchers.

The Health Board wishes to engage with a supplier for the provision of gift cards/vouchers, which could be used both online and in store to purchase a wide selection of goods without restrictions.

The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board have a Loyalty Award Scheme whereby in seeking to maintain quality patient care, the UHB is committed to retaining its staff and the recognition of their long term work towards the Health Board. The Health Board acknowledges this commitment by rewarding staff for their contribution with vouchers.

A member of staff is required to have been employed for a 20 year or 30 year period in the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board and its predecessors. Staff will be entitled to receive vouchers to a specific value depending on their length of service to the Health Board. For a period of 20 years, staff will be eligible to receive 100.00 GBP worth of vouchers and for a period of 30 years, staff will be eligible to receive 150.00 GBP worth of vouchers.

The Health Board wishes to engage with a supplier for the provision of gift cards/vouchers, which could be used both online and in store to purchase a wide selection of goods without restrictions.
