Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities for the provision of services.

The Council has a statutory obligation to consider applications to purchase Council housing made under the Right to Buy Scheme. The Council receives circa 800 applications a year to purchase housing under the Right to Buy Scheme and these are valuations which cannot be resourced internally.

The Council also undertakes annual asset valuations of its housing stock through a beacon valuation process. The Council needs to work with an external valuer to undertake this annual process.

The Authority’s detailed requirements are defined in the Specification section.
