The project is for the provision of Minor Works to properties within Northern Health and Social Care Trust including for aids and adaptations of private dwellings for a period of 4 years. The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a maximum of 4 nr Contractors to a framework (with 1 nr Contractor appointed to each of Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 with 1 nr Contractor appointed to Lot 4 (Reserve Status for Lots 1-3). Lot 5 is for Trustwide mini competitions, all successful economic operators will be eligible for these work packages) under which the Contracting Authority may enter into Call-off Contracts for the provision of Minor Building Works including for Aids and Adaptations of private dwellings which may incorporate Mechanical and Electrical Building Services, directly employed labour, Civil Engineering, Roofing, Flooring, Windows, Painting, Glazing Works, and other related specialist works. Any Call-off Contracts awarded under the terms of the Framework Agreements shall comprise the NEC4 Term Service Short Contract June 2017. This procurement is governed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and provides for Economic Operators who have suffered, or who risk suffering loss or damage, as a consequence of an alleged breach of the duty owed in accordance with Regulation 91, to start proceedings in the High Court. A standstill period will commence at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered in to. Any proceedings relating to any perceived non-compliance with the relevant law must be started within 30 days, beginning with the date when the Economic Operator first knew, or ought to have known that grounds for starting the proceedings had arisen
