MHS Homes ltd wish to provide a new development of 46 sheltered accommodation flats consisting of 41 x 1 bed 2 person flats and 5 x 2 bed 3 person flats for affordable rent.
The development involves the demolition of the existing two storey building and garages along the frontage of the site and replacement with a part three, four and five storey residential flatted development providing 46 affordable rent flats for sheltered accommodation. The scheme will also incorporate associated landscaping and ancillary works
The objective of the development is to provide well designed and constructed dwellings for residents.
