Manor Field Infant and Junior School, Oakley Church of England Junior School, Oakley Infant School, and Chalk Ridge Primary School are a group of community schools located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. They have come together to seek a new catering partner.

Manor Field Infant School is a co-educational school with approximately 154 students in reception to year 2 and a staff of 27. The current lunch service schedule is as follows: Year R students eat at 11.55 am, Year 1 students at noon, and Year 2 students at 12:25 PM.

Manor Field Junior School It is a co-educational school with approximately 213 students in years 3 to 6 and 27 staff members. The current lunch service schedule consists of a staggered service from 12.00 pm until all children are served.

Oakley Church of England Junior School

Is a co-educational school with approximately 253 students year 3 to 6 and 31 staff members. The current service provides Lunch from 12.00 pm to 13.00 pm

Chalk Ridge Primary School

Is a co-educational school with approximately 306 students from reception to year 6 and 63 staff members. The current lunch service schedule consists of a staggered service from 12.45 am to 13.00 pm.

The schools have joined together in embarking on this tender process with the intention of appointing an experienced Catering contractor to deliver full catering services at all the schools.

The contract is intended to commence on the 1st September 2025 and will be for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend by 2 years up to a maximum of 5 years in duration.
