The solution must match the functionality of the existing iTrent system in the areas of employee data and record management, onboarding, learning and development modules, compensation in line with UK legislation, terms and conditions of each employee's contract, attendance and absence. Employee and manager self-service functionality alongside comprehensive HR reporting to support effective ways of working and strategic decision making is a key requirement.
