Description

The contractor shall be required to have the skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications necessary to deliver specialist Installation /Upgrade works in relation to:

- Door Entry Systems

- Warden Call Systems with a view to meeting the upcoming digital switch over requirements.

For properties owned and managed by Jigsaw Homes Midlands (JHM) only, including.

- communal (& public) areas to residential properties.

- JHM owned commercial properties.

- new build properties (from developer handover onwards).

- Any other buildings for which JHM have a responsibility for.

The successful Contractor will be expected to mobilise to our timescale and be operational by 1 October 2025.

The initial contract period runs until 30 September 2026 and if successful a further two, one-year extensions on a yearly basis, based on performance and by mutual agreement.
