The key priorities the Service needs to deliver against are outlined below.
• Carers are recognised by health and social care professionals

• Carers are supported to have healthy and fulfilled lives
• Carers are supported to have breaks from their caring role
• Carers' voices are heard and valued
• Carers have a say in how their services are delivered

An unpaid Carer is anyone who cares for a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their physical or mental health, disability, or an addiction, and would find it difficult to manage without their support.
