Description

The purpose of the tender is to deliver a National E-Commercial system for Blue Light organisations that meets the needs of the National Police Commercial Communities which will enable the management of commercial pipeline, tender and contract management activities.

This contract is being tendered by BLC who will act as the Contracting Authority for a National functional E-Commercial system intended for use by Police forces and made available to Fire and Rescue Services across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
