Description
The Authority entered into a contract with Contech International on 04/04/2025 for services in Pakistan following an Open Competition. The contract provided for three extensions of twelve months each to a maximum term to 31/03/2029.<br/><br/>A Contact Modification (CM) has now been executed in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The CM is to exercise the extension option for two (2) years to 31/03/2028, to extend the scope to cover similar services in the Indo-Pacific region while an Open Procedure under PA23 is conducted and increase the maximum contract value by £795,348 excl. VAT to £4,813,956 excl. VAT.
