Description
Leicestershire County Council and Rutland County Council have procured a new Healthy Child Programme in Leicestershire and Rutland.
The Healthy Child Programme is the main universal health service for improving the health and well-being of children aged 0-19 and up to 25 years for those with a special educational need and/or disability.
We are looking for providers that will be proactive in delivering both innovative and evidence-based solutions to overcome current and future obstacles to improved health and wellbeing outcomes for children, young people and families of Leicestershire County and Rutland County.
