Provision of temporary accommodation for households experiencing housing crises to meet urgent housing needs of local residents which is why it is being direct awarded.
This direct award is for the provision and management of 209 properties with the Brighton and Hove area.
We intend to issue a tender for the remainder of the housing provision during 2026.
