Customer support

Access to all Beam Notes audio transcription and summarisation

features, including file upload

Access to all Beam Interpret features (upon request of the Customer and agreed in writing)

Access to all Beam Talk features (upon request of the Customer and agreed in writing)

Required training and onboarding for all users

User guides and resources for the Customer to provide to new users

Access to the Beam Notes Manager View dashboard
