Options
The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.
Subject to budget availability and business case approval, PSNI reserve the right to purchase additional vehicle conversions within the 12-month contract term. Please note there is no guarantee of any spend under this contract beyond any contract value awarded. Any work or commissions that begin during the 12-month contract period must be completed by the Supplier, even if the completion occurs after the contract has ended. The Supplier remains obligated to fulfil these tasks under the terms of the original agreement.
