The supplier has provided these services to TFW for the past 7
years. It is crucial these services are retained to ensure continuity in supporting TfW is maintained and ongoing CVL Transformation work packages are managed to the highest quality possible from a commercial perspective. It is essential that the supplier that has knowledge of the programme and of TfW, switching supplier would be enormously inefficient and costly to TfW and public funds.
