This notice is confirmation of an award having been made due to an urgent circumstance.

The lifetime value of the contract is anticipated to be £120,000.00

The contract shall commence on 1 January 2026 until 31 March 2026 (with the option to extend for an additional 3 months).

This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.'

The contract was awarded under an urgent circumstance due to an unexpected increase in urgent patients displacing routine long waiters.

The contract will be awarded for a short period to ensure no patients are waiting for 65 weeks.

The contract has been restricted to 3 months with option to extend by 3 months only.
