Description

The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (CVUHB) is going into a Standstill Period prior to appointing a sole suitably qualified from experienced car park management service provider to deliver a comprehensive and customer-focused parking solution that meets the needs for the Health Board, Staff, Patients, and Local community.The standstill period is expected to end at midnight at the end of 6th January 2026, that being the 8th working day after the contract award notice is published, following the assessment summaries being issued to all relevant bidders (i.e. counting the day of publishing a contract award notice as day 1). If legal proceedings are commenced in relation to the contract award, it will be necessary to suspend the award of the contract pending further order of the Court, or the authority may voluntarily decide (at its discretion) to suspend the award of contract whilst any outstanding queries are dealt with. We will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred by you because of any suspension of the contract award or as a result of any other action made necessary by any challenge.It is our intention to enter into a contract with the successful bidder once the standstill period has elapsed.
