failure to deliver effective contract management which needs immediate
remedial action to mitigate risks arising from a lack of control over costs and
potential risk of service failure.
Contract was signed on 1st December 2025 and started on 1st December 2025, the contract will expire latest 30th November 2025. Full competitive tender is currently being carried out.
