Please note there is no guarantee of any spend under this contract beyond any contract value awarded. Any work or commissions that begin during the 12-month contract period must be completed by the Supplier, even if the completion occurs after the contract has ended. The Supplier remains obligated to fulfil these tasks under the terms of the original agreement.
