Description
Crowden Outdoor Education Centre (COEC) delivers high quality residential outdoor education to schools and youth groups. Benefits of both outdoor education and residential experiences are widely acknowledged and can help improve confidence, concentration, resilience, understanding of self and others, life skills, broaden horizons and raise expectations. COEC has a standard capacity of 40 beds with an additional 8 temporary beds available.
COEC's key offer is a full board and lodging activity package. Full board offer currently includes:
• Breakfast: selection of cereals and cooked English breakfast
• Packed lunch: home-made sandwich, baked treat, fruit, crisps, yoghurt and drink
• Evening Meal: two courses with a "build your own" menu from extensive choice of dishes cooked fresh on site each day
Catering is currently charged on a per meal per person basis. For clarity, the chargeable figures used are based on a full board cost which covers a standard two-night residential, spanning three days of service delivery which includes: arrival day evening meal; interim day breakfast, lunch and evening meal; departure day breakfast and lunch.
This procurement is therefore seeking to identify a Provider to deliver the catering requirements at this Centre. Full details are included within the tender documentation available at https://yortender.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=YORTENDER (ref: 104270)
