Reason for not signing contract
The Council has received a formal legal challenge to the present procurement process under UK4 Tender Notice (2025/S 000-049653). Having considered the potential risks associated with that legal challenge, including associated delay and legal costs, the Council has decided that the present procurement process will be terminated.
The Contracting Authority intends to re-issue a revised procurement opportunity which will be available for all potential suppliers to participate in once the requirements have been reviewed and confirmed.
