Description
The Digital Supply Chain Hub Virtual Hub is an existing platform delivered by an external supplier. It currently hosts several features including dashboards, learning modules, matchmaking tools, forums, and a toolbox of digital supply chain resources.
Digital Catapult requires market input to understand:
• capability to continue development and maintenance of the Virtual Hub platform
• capability to support or deliver a migration away from the incumbent architecture
• appetite from suppliers to work within uncertain timelines due to unconfirmed funding
• indicative costs for a range of delivery models
• Programme continuation from April 2026 is not yet confirmed, and any procurement activity will be dependent on funding approval.
Subject to funding confirmation, the indicative contract duration is 1 year, with an option to extend for two (2) further periods of 12 months each.

- £150,000 excluding VAT
- £180,000 including VAT

Engagement process description
Digital Catapult is issuing this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Notice for the provision of a Ecosystem Mobilisation Platform and Maintenance.
To participate in the PME, interested suppliers are required to read the Supplier Information Document and complete and return the Annex A - PME Response Questionnaire no later than Wednesday 14th January 2026 at 17:00hrs.
Suppliers can access the PME documentation free of charge by registering on the MyTenders portal: https://www.mytenders.co.uk/.
