Following the publication of the above tender notice, the BBC has decided not to award a contract to any party under this procurement process.
This decision was taken on 18/12/2025 following an internal review which concluded that no suitable bids were received and proceeding would not currently deliver value for money for the license fee payer.
We will now consider alternative options internally. If the option is a potential re-procurement, we will update the market in due course once a way forward is determined.
We are grateful for the time and effort suppliers have invested in this process and sincerely hope this decision will not dissuade you from bidding for future BBC opportunities.
