Provided within Glossop Optometry practices with aims to reduce impacts on Hospital Eye Services, ensures continuity of provision and treats patients closer to home.

NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board is publishing this Corrigendum Notice to the Contract Award Notice (Notice identifier: 2025/S 000-062447).

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the PSR Direct Award Process C.

The date of contract award was 1st November 2025 for an initial period of 3 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years.
