YPO in collaboration with ESPO and NEPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Insurance Placement and associated services for the wider public sector. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations.

YPO is looking for insurance providers with the ability to provide services for various categories of insurance cover to various types of public sector organisations including for example, local authorities, education providers, central government, police and fire services etc. A full list of potential users can be found within the tender documentation.

within the tender documentation.

Description of options

The DPS will cover the period from 1st of May 2024 to 30th of April 2029 with an option to

further extend for an additional 5 years. The decision to extend the DPS Establishment

Agreement period will be taken by the end of January 2029 and will be dependent on

satisfactory completion of all aspects of the DPS Establishment Agreement to date, the

current market conditions for this category and YPO’s contracting structures. The maximum

contract period will therefore be 10 years, from 1st of May 2024 to 30th of April 2034

(subject to an annual review, and KPI performance)
