Reason for not signing contract
Following an options appraisal which will result in strategic changes within Homes in Somerset we have decided not to proceed with this procurement. The requirements originally outlined in the tender are no longer required to be met via a new standalone contract. Instead, these requirements will be fulfilled through the modification of an existing contractual arrangement to achieve greater operational efficiency and alignment with the authority's new delivery model. This decision was made on 17.12.2025
