Description of risks to contract performance
A working cashless catering system promotes inclusion, safety, and healthier choices by removing stigma, reducing risks, and streamlining mealtimes for children and young people. A system failure would impact on service delivery and a potential decline in meal numbers.

The DAC is being requested to provide technical support and maintenance to a proprietary cashless system at 32 schools sites during the 12 months from the commencement date detailed on this request. As this is a proprietary system, it can only be technically supported and maintained by CRB Cunninghams. It is anticipated that any future systems include, warranty, support and maintenance and will therefore reduce the need for this type of DAC in the future. The current DAC for CRB Cunninghams ends on the 31st Dec 2025.
