Description
The Procurement is expected to be split into 2 Lots, with a single supplier appointed per Lot.
LOT 1 - P2P Marketplace
The service will provide schools and local authorities with access to an electronic marketplace platform for the compliant, efficient, and value-driven procurement of goods with additional services. The platform must be cloud-based, user-friendly, and tailored to the needs of the education sector, supporting integration with existing finance and procurement systems.

Engagement process description
We will undertake a market engagement session relating to this procurement on 23rd December. The purpose of this engagement is to support suppliers in preparing for the forthcoming procurement opportunity in a fair, transparent, and informed manner.
To participate in the engagement session, please email an expression of interest to tenders@twhf.org.uk by Fri 19th December.
The session will take place via Microsoft Teams on 23rd December at 10:00.
A copy of the engagement session, recording and any non-attributed questions received and answers will be issued as part of the tender pack to ensure equal treatment.
Suppliers are invited to submit questions during the engagement process; all questions will be collated and responded to in a non-attributed format to ensure equal access to information across the market. Questions should be submitted by email to tenders@twhf.org.uk.
