Payment terms
All agreed fees will be paid by the Health Tree Foundation upon submission of a monthly invoice quoting a Purchase Order Number.
Description of risks to contract performance
The provider should also provide reports on any identified risks to the Charity or the Trust. The Charity manager will meet monthly with the Trust Chief financial accountant and at agreed intervals with the independent Chair of the HTF Trustees' Committee, reviewing performance against annual KPIs.
