This service is to deliver a mental health and emotional wellbeing offer to children, young people and families in Bolton. The service delivers the following four schemes under one service specification:
- Bolton I-Thrive (11 - 19/25)
- I-Thrive Referral Hub and 0 - 2 offer
- Parent/Carer Mental Health Peer Support
- CYP Counselling and SEND offer
This contract will be for 2-years from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2027.
The total value of this contract is £879,953.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of The Procurement Act 2023 Regulations do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the Direct Award C process following the completion of the standstill period.
