Reason for not signing contract
The Authority has concern over the sustainability of the commercial rates submitted, which will impact the longevity of this framework. The Authority has had to make the difficult decision to terminate this tender opportunity (as currently published). We are re-assessing the award stage evaluation criteria and anticipate a new Gen5 Consult tender opportunity will go live in early January.
The Authority apologies for any inconvenience this may cause but encourages suppliers to participate in the new opportunity once published.
