Annual AC Equipment and Coldroom service and maintenance including a reactive call out cover, as per Full asset list of university plant.

Servicing to be done in accordance with Manufacturers guidelines and University of Dundee scope University of Dundee Scope of annual servicing where applicable.

AC equipment indoor and outdoor to be checked for correct/efficient operation, cleaning and note any defects. The contractor should inform of any equipment that is now obsolete to allow for planned upgrades. Refrigerant levels should be checked and reported on to allow for continuous maintenance of the F gas registers. Spares to be kept on site for crucial equipment e.g data centres.
