Scope
Description
The project aims to enhance accessibility and usability for cyclists and pedestrians in the park by constructing a new cycle path from George Elliot Gardens (in the North) through to the Nuneaton Museum & Art Gallery (to the South; also known as Melly Square).
The project has been split into the following phases/ sections: 1. George Elliot Gardens. 2. The Underpass. 3. Melly Square.
Traditional single stage JCT D&B Contract 2024.
