- The goods are highly specialised medical devices essential for patient care.
- R&D Surgical Ltd is the sole UK distributor of Titanium Pectus Bars with a Bridged Stabilizer to prevent rolling and movement of the bar.
- No reasonable alternative or substitute exists that meets the required clinical specifications.
Therefore, competition is absent for technical reasons.
