NESO is conducting preliminary market engagement to help shape our upcoming procurement of Technical Consultancy. Your feedback will help to inform our scope, approach and the commercial strategy.

Objectives of the Engagement
1. Capture the expression of interest from technical consultancy providers who may wish to participate in the upcoming procurement
