Reason for not signing contract
Following the completion of the dialogue phase of the Procurement Process, the Trust has determined that the proposed service model, as detailed in the current specification, requires significant amendment to proportionately address clinical quality and sustainability and ensure alignment with its clinical and operational needs.
As a result, the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust Executive Committee deemed it necessary to address the material amendments required to the specification, and has therefore taken the decision to abandon the Procurement Process as provided for by the Invitation to Tender, and re-commence an amended process in due course.
Therefore the procurement will not proceed to the ISFT stage of the Procurement Process.
