The V&A never intended to award a contract.
We posted a Tender Notice on behalf of the Exhibition Road Cultural Group. They were looking for a sustainability consultant to conduct a piece of work that will help our neighbourhood in Kensington to decarbonise heat and energy.
They have completed their procurement process. They received 14 responses and the contract was awarded to AECOM and Asteros Advisers.
