seven.2.1) Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
1. With reference to and in accordance with the abovenamed Contract, the Authority wishes to amend the Contract in order to increase the scope of the contract. The amendment will add one additional cohort of Data Analytics Level 7 apprentices.
2. Unless otherwise defined in this contract amendment letter, terms defined in the Contract shall have the same meaning when used in this contract amendment letter.
