Description

Landscape Works Contract for Woodland Establishment & Maintenance of new woodlands at various sites across County Durham. DCC is to appoint a single Contractor to carry out the planting of approximately 19,000 mainly broadleaved trees across 10 sites including the supply of trees, guards, stakes and fencing etc, the planting of the trees early 2026 planting season and including 3 years maintenance thereof including weeding, cutting of footpaths and the replacement of failed elements.

This contract will be awarded on a sole supplier basis; however, the Council will hold one bidder in reserve to protect the provision of the contract deliverables.
