The Authority requires a towable exhibition trailer providing an accessible, flexible public-facing space. The unit must be suitable for year-round outdoor use and must be deliverable fully assembled with all required certification.

Conditions of participation

Suppliers must be able to demonstrate experience in manufacturing road-legal trailers/mobile display units. Bidders must hold appropriate public liability insurance and meet all UK legislation for the construction and supply of trailers intended for public use. All bidders must be financially stable and capable of delivering unit within the stated timescales (see accompanying document)
