Scope
Description
The London Borough of Bromley is preparing to undertake a procurement exercise for the provision of domiciliary care services for all residents of the borough. Ahead of issuing a formal tender, we are seeking to engage with the market to inform the service specification and procurement approach. In these challenging times the Council wishes to drive innovation to ensure that domiciliary care can support people to maintain their independence.
The Council welcomes participation from Providers who are suitably qualified / registered and experienced with the necessary resources and capacity to provide the Services.
The market engagement will be held via MS Teams on Wednesday 17th December 2025 from 12pm.

Engagement process description

The purpose of this engagement is to share early information, gather provider feedback, and ensure the forthcoming tender reflects best practice and market capacity.
We invite registered suitably qualified and experienced domiciliary care providers to participate. Engagement activities will include a provider briefing session on Wednesday 17th December 2025 at 12pm. Interested providers must complete the MS Form: https://forms.office.com/e/gAzjH9kDLA
Please note this notice is for market engagement only. It does not constitute a call for competition, nor will any contract be awarded at this stage. Participation will not confer any advantage in any subsequent procurement.
