Description

A framework opportunity for experienced and qualified suppliers of cloud-based asset utilisation platforms, supporting NHS Trusts to track, analyse, and optimise the use of clinical equipment across departments and sites. Solutions must deliver interoperable, data-driven insights, integrate seamlessly with NHS systems, and support full asset lifecycle management-from tagging and monitoring to booking, maintenance, and disposal. The framework aims to improve operational efficiency, reduce unnecessary capital expenditure, and enhance patient care through greater visibility, smarter decision-making, and evidence-based resource planning.

The framework will enable participating organisations to call off a single, scalable solution with associated implementation and support services, helping improve equipment availability, reduce time spent locating assets, and strengthen planning for sharing, maintenance, and future investment.
